1. Introduction
Welcome to the Easy Marketing School Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in our affiliate program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Program Overview
The Easy Marketing School Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to our online courses. As an affiliate, you will receive:
- 40% Commission on all qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link
- Access to marketing materials and promotional resources
- Real-time tracking and reporting dashboard
- Lifetime cookie attribution
3. Eligibility
To participate in our affiliate program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid website, blog, social media presence, or other promotional platform
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 40% commission on qualifying sales. Commission is calculated on the net sale amount after:
- Any applicable discounts or coupons have been applied
- Taxes have been excluded
- Shipping costs have been excluded (if applicable)
Commission rates may be modified at any time with 30 days’ notice to affiliates.
5. Payment Terms
Minimum Payout: The minimum payout threshold is $100 USD. Commissions below this threshold will be carried forward to the next payment period.
Payment Schedule: Payments are processed monthly, within 15 days after the end of each calendar month, for affiliates who have reached the minimum payout threshold.
Payment Methods: We offer payment via:
- PayPal (to your registered Payment Email)
- Bank Transfer (to your provided bank account)
Important: When you reach the minimum payout threshold of $100, we will contact you via email to request your preferred payment method and payment details (PayPal email or bank account information). Please ensure your registered email address is correct and check your inbox (including spam folder) for our payment notification.
Commission Hold Period: Commissions are held for a 14-day grace period after the sale date to account for potential refunds or chargebacks. After this period, commissions become eligible for payout.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback for a purchase made through your affiliate link:
- The corresponding commission will be deducted from your account
- If the commission has already been paid, it will be deducted from future earnings
- We reserve the right to withhold payment if excessive refunds or chargebacks occur
7. Cookie Duration and Attribution
Our affiliate program uses lifetime cookie attribution. This means:
- Once a visitor clicks your affiliate link, they are attributed to you indefinitely
- You will earn commission on any future purchases made by that customer
- If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the last affiliate to refer them receives the commission
8. Promotional Guidelines
Permitted Promotional Methods:
- Personal websites and blogs
- Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
- YouTube and video content
- Email marketing to your own subscriber list
- Podcast mentions and sponsorships
- Online communities and forums (where permitted)
Prohibited Promotional Methods:
- Spam emails or unsolicited bulk messaging
- False or misleading advertising
- Bidding on our brand name or trademarks in paid search advertising
- Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods
- Incentivized clicks or purchases (paying users to click your links)
- Adult content, hate speech, or illegal content websites
- Misrepresenting yourself as an employee of Easy Marketing School
9. Trademark and Branding
You may use Easy Marketing School’s name, logo, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our courses through the affiliate program. You may not:
- Modify our logos or branding materials
- Use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship
- Register domain names containing our brand name or variations
10. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared with you as part of the affiliate program, including but not limited to commission rates, promotional strategies, and sales data.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- You must remove all affiliate links and promotional materials
- Pending commissions that have passed the 14-day hold period will be paid (if above the $100 minimum)
- Commissions below the minimum threshold will be forfeited
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms
12. Limitation of Liability
Easy Marketing School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this agreement. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or posted on our website. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
14. Independent Contractor
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of Easy Marketing School. You are responsible for your own taxes and business expenses.
15. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
